Because digital publications and assessment reports are personalized or consumed upon delivery, physical returns do not apply. Instead, we uphold a comprehensive document quality revision policy.
If an issued geotechnical advisory report or site classification reference requires clarification or amendment due to updated architectural drawings, cut/fill level revisions, or council Request for Information (RFI):
Commissioned consulting advisory scopes may be cancelled with written notice. If cancellation occurs prior to site mobilisation or the commencement of laboratory soil testing, payments received will be refunded less reasonable administrative handling costs in full accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). For major failures with our service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
