Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.
